I'll be straight with ya; I am not consistent when it comes to working out and its mostly because:

● I don't have time #mountainmamalife 

● Or I'm always traveling

Its been proven that exercise is not only good for the body but good for your brain. It helps with memory and thinking skills! 

Now that we are sheltering in place, I've taken this opportunity to stay moving, especially since we are stuck at home.

Use this "down" time to get healthy! Creat routine and pencil in a workout routine. Here are five workouts to do from home!

● Find a local fitness instructor that's offering virtual group & individual classes. 

 ● Have kids? TAG your IT! My son loves playing this inside the house or in the yard. 

● Youtube is your friend - One of my favorite YouTuber's is Dance Fitness with Jessica. She also has ONLINE streaming workouts!! Dance yourself silly with the kiddos! 

● Speed clean your house - Maybe this isn't meant for getting toned, but throw on some music clean you're home!
